This hotel exceeded my expectations with its amazing rooms featuring a shared pool, spacious layout, and top-notch technology. The staff's exceptional service truly made my stay memorable, ensuring my comfort with a truly genuine smile. The unique location offered Bali beds and brilliant jacuzzis, adding to the overall luxury experience. Although the dining experience was average, the colorful and healthy buffet options were enjoyable. The facilities were immaculate and subtly designed for convenient access. Overall, a great value for a luxurious stay.
The hotel has a lovely beach/lagoon feature and offers traditional Cretan desserts. The open layout might be challenging for families, but the unique Bali beds and jacuzzis are a hit. The dining options are colorful and healthy, although improvements in food preparation could elevate the experience.
I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing, spacious, extremely comfortable, and quiet, facing the sea with a breathtaking view. The beds were so cozy, perfect for my yoga and Pilates routines.
